I have used Michelle several times over the last year. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and she is also very responsive and reasonably priced. She has fixed my problem every time, and she did it via email the last time by giving me suggested fixes, one of which worked. She is the best.

Michelle was very easy to work with and was very prompt with her replies and diagnosis. We had an issue with the touch screen and the cursor and after she spent some time taking a look she was able to recommend next steps and the computer is working well now! She is local and made herself available and flexible to our schedule. I will definitely come back should I have another issue. Thanks!!

Great experience. I have a 6 yr old PC that was running very slow. I wanted it fixed but because of it's age, didn't want to spend a lot of cash on it. Just wanted to get another couple of years out of it.
Michelle @ Broohaven Computer repair took it on, cleaned out all the malware and viruses, gave me some solid advice on what she thought was causing the problem(s), fixed the operating system issues and all for a very reasonable price (less than $100). Recommend the service highly as it was exactly what I was looking for with no surprises.
