Dawn and her team are one of the most personable, patient, and responsive teams I have had the pleasure of working with. From the front desk all the way up to the CEO. No arbitrary fee’s or sneaky tactics. They form great tenant relationships! Charlotte was my property manager, and she has been a HUGE help. Going so far as to advocate for my situation and figuring out how they as a company could genuinely help me. It may seem trivial to them but to me it was a sign of compassion rarely seen in the industry

I have been involved with hundreds of real estate transactions over the last 24 years, and this is the smoothest transaction I have been involved with for years. Dawn and the team at Back Stage Realty were exceeding expectations from the very first meeting, and it only got better from there.
We had some minor repair issues that needed to be taken care of in the house (wood rot, electrical, new water heater, etc), and she took care of and coordinated all of that. From any other realtor, I would expect to get a list of things that need to be done, followed by “let us know when it’s finished”

From the perspective of a renter, this company is a nightmare. Stacie is rude and scary to work with (even if you are trying to do what’s best for the owner). Her superiors are aware of her lousy customer service, yet do nothing.

As a consumer and an advocate of free speech, whatever you do never rent from these people. They do not understand federal law regarding service animals. They expect you to pay fees for maintenance when something breaks and then threaten you with eviction when the actual owner instructs you NOT to pay it. Worst rental company to EVER open in Niceville.
