Our program at World Impact Real Estate allows transitioning service members to intern under a seasoned active REALTOR and learn the day to day operations of being a full time real estate agent.

Amazing group of highly skilled and motivated people. They will get you into an amazing property that fits what you are most comfortable with quickly and stress free. I have purchased two homes with Derek as my realtor. My last home purchased I was stationed overseas in Japan and still buying and selling in the Navarre area. Derek and his team were able to not only get me into a comfortable rental property but he also took it into his own hands to get repairs and preparations taken care of on his own time on my behalf. This is truly the dedication that should be sought after in today's market.
