I didn't get my first cavities until my 30s, and needless to say, my old dentist was less than gentle, so I developed some dentist anxiety. My husband had visited Zumbro Family Dental (and he has extreme dental anxiety) and said they were very good, so after a few months of stressing, I finally made an appointment. The vibe is very relaxed, no judgment at all. Then came the day I had to come back to get a few cavities filled. Anxiety was high. Then the drill. I 'braced for impact'. And...it was not bad, not at all. A night and day difference from my old dentist! And very quick. I'll be keeping

I usually don't leave reviews as I think praise should be given at the time you receive good service. But with as exceptional as the service I have received here I really feel this whole dental team has earned it. I have mild dental anxiety, no offense guys, but going to the dentist is NOT one of my favorite things. Probably the same for most I guess. It's not to the point I need medication or anything, I just get nervous. The calm, caring demeanor of all the staff here puts me at ease. Whether it's the desk staff, hygienist, the Doctor or his assistant, they all are very caring and good at calming

When a patient has a tooth emergency it's good to know that when you call Zumbro Family Dental a patient can be seen and quickly. I had a crown pop off and the tooth needed to have a good deal of work done to repair the tooth. Dr. Brong & Sinde took their time to not only discuss the issue with me but explained what needed to be done. So I walked out a satisfied patient with my tooth! Thank you for taking the time to see me and get the issue resolved. If anyone is looking for a dental office that meets the needs of their patients this is the one for you.

Everyone at the office is amazing! My daughter and I are both patients. Kim, the office manager, is incredible. She has an awesome personality and is exactly the person you want greeting you when you enter the dentist office. I enjoy the cleaning process so much that I could fall asleep. The hygienists are knowledgeable and able to share information in ways that make sense to both myself (I am a nurse) and my 6 year old. Recommendations are made based on need only and Dr. Brong will discuss it with you so you can make the best decision for you and your family. He does everything he can to make

Being new to town I researched dentists in the area. Seeing good reviews I though I would give Dr. Brong and his team a shot. I had my teeth cleaned, imaging done, and a cavity filled. All appointments were done in a timely fashion, without making me feel rushed, and pain free. I will definitely be returning as I believe that it will be hard to find such a professional team around!

What makes this place great is the first person you come in contact with. Kim is so kind and welcoming. She is also flexible and helps with scheduling issues without losing her patience. The hygienists were wonderful and the doctor is great too. The whole team gets 5 stars from us! Thank you for providing such great customer service.

I have been coming here for all my dental work long before the Zumbro Family name change, having lived in Rochester prior to moving in 2007. I continue to come here from my home in Minneapolis, approximately 110 miles away. Why do I still come here?🤷🏻♂️ The answer is simple. They are the best in all aspects of dental care. Dr Brong is very attentive and knowledgeable. He is kind, professional, and great with our kids! Our daughter looks forward to going to the dentist every 6 months because the staff make it a positive and fun experience. Kim is a top notch office manager and obviously takes great pride in her responsibilities. She is helpful and thorough with every encounter. The waiting room is comfortable and thoughtful, with snacks to grab on your way out of a morning or lunch appointment. I also feel that my time is valued by the staff, never waiting at all. We have been very pleased with all of our care received
