Cosmetic Bonding is a procedure in which the dentist uses a tooth-colored composite resin to create a more ideal shape for your tooth. This is an excellent option for patients who have teeth with small chips, spaces, or discolored areas. Cosmetic bonding is generally completed in one visit, and depending on the patient's desires, often without getting numb.
Crowns (or caps) are a restoration used to improve the strength or shape of your tooth. Crowns are most often recommended for teeth that are broken, worn, destroyed by tooth decay, or have had a root canal. Crowns can be tooth-colored or gold. A crown procedure usually requires two appointments.
During your first appointment, the dentist will numb and prepare the tooth by removing any decay and shaping the surface to allow for a properly formed crown.Then, your teeth will be scanned with our digital scanner, and the scanned images will be sent to the dental laboratory. For most cases, the dental laboratory fabricates the permanent crown completely digitally, creating a very accurately fit and esthetic crown.

I love my dentist at Byron dental. Ever since having to switch to an adult dentist from Rochester pediatric dentistry because they graduated me, I have had a hard time finding a dentist that is able to work well with my special needs. Well, thanks to my mom, I found this dentist! Or should I say this dental team or should I say this dental team! I know have two dentists at this office. Dr. Heidi and Dr. Kyle are great! My hygienists are amazing! Explain things to me in a way that I understand them and know how to talk to me in a way that I can understand even as an adult provider. I honestly think
