I am a lifelong reside of New Castle. I have been in the orthodontic field for more than 24 years. My husband Bill and I have two children. Bill lives in New York City and Brandy and her husband John live in New Castle and are expecting their first child. My favorite pastimes are boating, shopping, and spending time with my family.

I love orthodontics because I love watching how people and their smiles transform over time. I think this was an early trait I developed as a child from my fascination with LEGOs, and continues today as I watch my patients grow and change: acquiring a renewed sense of self-confidence, a new attitude, and a feeling of excitement when they show their new smile.

Dr. Rich and staff are very knowledgeable and provided the best dental care you could ask for. During this pandemic we are going through they take all the necessary precautions. My priority is having the best dental care and they are the best at it. Icing on the cakes how friendly and nice EVERYONE is at the office. I would highly recommend him.

Great service great. I would give 4.5 stars but the system won't let The only reason why the 4 stars would be for not having changing table in the rest rooms. The cliente is mostly teenagers and elementary school age kids you would think that some of them might have toddler siblings that have to wait for big bro or sis.
