Shenango Valley has been open since 2003, when long-time friends and colleagues Drs.
But we're not just dedicated to our craft. We're also committed to your comfort, to our community, and to a world full of confident smiles. All of our doctors are certified orthodontic specialists and each has a post-doctoral degree in orthodontics. Which means after earning their degrees, they went on to residencies for an additional two to three years of education, clinical training, and research.

Very professional, clean, friendly atmosphere. All of the assistants and office personnel always make me feel very welcomed. Dr. Rich has been great to work with during my Invisalign journey thus far and has always been available to answer any questions or concerns I may have. The friendly staff always takes the time to explain each step. They have a flexible scheduling process. We're usually seen close to our scheduled time with minimal wait. We've been completely satisfied with the work done on our first 2 children and have started the process with our 3rd child. We would highly recommend Dr. Douglas Smith and his staff!

From the time we entered till the time we left it was nothing short of a friendly environment. The desk attendant is very welcoming and friendly. We seen Dr Doug and he was very informative with an upbeat personality. He made sure he explained everything clearly. Overall it was a great experience and seems to be getting better and better. I have been coming here for almost 12 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else
