Dr. Lai is a Therapeutic Optometrist and an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist providing eye care in Baytown, Texas. He has lived in the Houston area for twenty-three years and graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1996.

Excellent customer service, care and a clean modern office. Very responsive and still calls us to follow up on my husbands eye issues. I dragged my husband here after he mentioned he was getting blind spots in his vision and all the eye doctors in the area wouldn't be able to see him for a month. The doctor on call was amazing. He even called a near by doctor to get us in for an appointment due to the fact my husband had the beginnings of a detached retina. This office will be getting all my business for eye care needs moving forward. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to this location for two years now and honestly and SO thankful for this place and the workers. They are always so polite and professional and make you feel right at home. I also just recently took my 8 year old and they all did a terrific job with her! If you’re looking for an outstanding place that makes you feel right at home you should definitely come to Chambers Town Center!

As a large family we have visited this facility several times. I really enjoyed our visit every time. The staff is courteous and very friendly! The Dr is also friendly, patient, and very professional. He has a way with children to make them feel very comfortable. This was a big plus as it was the 1st eye exam for both of my daughters. They genuinely cared about us and made sure our needs were taken care of. If we needed to be seen right away, they were able to fit us in. We have made appointments and we have been a walk-in, either way, we were in and out. We never felt rushed either! We always
