The staff is always very courteous , thorough and professional. They are excellent and caring eye care providers. Eye exam is thorough. I am pleased with my glasses prescription. The staff were super friendly and went the extra mile to help. They had some good advice on current trends for frames and helped me select frames while being mindful of insurance coverage. Also enjoyed the fact that they have the latest technology for eye testing and I didn’t have to get my pupils dilated. Dr Nguyen was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. She had some really good advice on how to deal with dry eyes while wearing contacts and sent me home with some free samples to make sure I was comfortable with her prescription.

Staff and Doctor were very kind, thorough, and personable. She found and brought things to my attention that no other optometrist had told me - like that I have an astigmatism. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain things without making me feel dumb. The office was very beautiful and clean. Was overall a really great experience!

After reading reviews on this place, I decided to go here for my annual eye exam. I was the last exam scheduled for the day. Dr. Chiu came in and was very polite and professional. Considering I was the last appointment for the day, she didn't rush through my exam and was very thorough and knowledgeable. She carefully explained to me what she was doing and why. Also, one thing that stood out is that while she was explaining, she would ask for my thoughts on how she will proceed with my glasses and contacts prescription and that was the first time an optometrist has done that. I greatly appreciated

I enjoy the company of those who are knowledgeable in their field. Friendly, courteous and showing real concerns for their clients. I highly recommend Optical Edge. I’m so impressed with them that although I have insurance for free eye exams which covers $200.00 off glasses, I chose Optical Edge although my insurance does not cover me. My whole family has been coming here for eye care for many years. Dr.Regina is thorough and explains everything clearly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The environment is clean and relaxing - they always disinfect the equipments before each use - even before COVID! Their Covid protocols make me feel safe to go back for our annual checkups.

Dr. Nguyen is my son's (9 year old) and my optometrist. I have been so happy with the amazing, friendly service. They are receptive to any and all questions and concerns. My 9 year old was nervous going in the first time as he's never been to an eye doctor. He said he felt very comfortable the entire process from check in to check out and choosing out his glasses. I started as a patient with Dr. Nguyen when she was in the Pearland location. At first I was hesitant about continuing with her as my eye doctor because she moved her office to Webster (and that's very distant from my home and office). However in my laziness I never looked for a new physician and just decided to make the drive to have my eye exam. Her staff was so professional and polite and they even shipped my contacts to my home last year so needless to say I return for my annual eye exam again a few weeks ago and I was just as I remembered - spectacular service. Very clean office with lovely staff. Dr. Nguyen was very kind and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know my vision history and address any concerns. I have an astigmatism and have only been able to find one type of contact that works with my eyes; Dr. Nguyen recommended the contacts she wears and I absolutely love them. I also got new glasses and have been receiving lots of compliments, thanks to the wonderful staff who helped me pick them out. I brought my kids with me and they were welcomed in and offered juice boxes. Love this office!

I found this place on yelp a few months ago and finally decided to go. I called first and the guy on the phone was very helpful! I had no idea they made they glasses in 10 minutes if they had the lens in the the store. My son was able to get his glasses that day! Yay! When they were first made Dr. Nguyen caught an honest mistake in the lens creation that meant one had to be remade in order to make it as clear as it should have been - they did it quickly and easily with no extra hassle on my part.

Update: came in today for my contact lens follow-up and once again, everything went well! A new receptionist greeted me and took me to the exam room where she wiped down all of the equipment in preparation for the optometrist. The contacts were checked for fit and clarity, my prescription was printed out so I could check out contact lens prices online if I wanted too, I was told about a rebate currently available for the brand I'm using, and I went on my way! Thanks again ladies!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Nguyen!! She's incredibly knowledgeable in her field and explains everything thoroughly. I had Lasik a couple of years ago and was wondering why I couldn't see things from far away. Well she took careful time with my exam and she found that I would need glasses. I was pretty bummed, but after wearing them at night while driving, I knew it was well worth my visit. I feel so much better driving now and all thanks to Dr. Nguyen.

This place is awesome! Everything is so clean and beautiful. They have tons of designer glasses to choose from. My exam was so quick and easy, and they use pretty high-tech equipment. When I went to pick up my glasses, the lady spent quite a bit of time with me making sure they fit perfectly and I was happy. So glad I found this place... highly recommend!

I am a week late posting my review. My apologies! Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nguyen and her staff. The atmosphere itself is inviting, modern, chic with all the clean edges. I did not want to leave! This was my first eye exam in about 4 years , Dr. Nguyen answered all my concerns (since I am getting a little older) and my sight is not what is once was. I felt no pressure when choosing my frames and no up sales from staff. They also offer a same day service. I was able to rock the town in my new Tom Ford's and received tons of compliments which are always welcomed
