Very frustrated with Village Goldsmith's communication. First, I leave a message with a young lady who stated she would text me their email address. Nothing. When I got a hold of the owner, Karen she stated that I couldn't get a text because I don't have an iPhone - weird. Karen then stated she would send me an email that I could respond to with a design I was going to request that she make for me. Nothing. I then reached the owner's partner by phone who stated that Karen must have written my email address incorrectly. More frustration. I then took their email address to send my design. 2 days

The service was amazing! We bought a beautiful diamond ring for my wife and I got a titanium ring. Mine was lost in the mail. With a quick call, they offered to send one they had in stock, so I'll have it in two days. We live in MN, so we had them ship our rings to avoid sales tax. Some companies under-communicate, others over-communicate. They did it just right. I don't often write reviews, but we had such a phenomenal experience, I just had to! I highly recommend them!

My fiance and I went there to pick out our engagement/wedding rings. We remade my grandma's ring and it turned out better than we could have imagined. We LOVE it! The staff was amazing to work with and so sweet and knowledgable. We are super excited to order my fiance's wedding ring and see the finiahed product!
