Wow! Easily one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. My wife and I along with our toddler stopped in to look at a few watches. We were quickly greeted by Lanie. She was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Having an almost 2 yeah old toddler in a jewelry store (or anywhere)isn’t easy. It makes concentrating on what your shopping for a little difficult and meant my wife and I were taking turns shopping. Everyone here was very accommodating of this and even got some markers out so he could color. They did so much to make a normally stressful situation much less so.

I went in to see if a jeweler could help me adjust my first watch. Several other watch-makers and jewelers in town said they couldn't help, but when I met Ryan there he quickly asked their jeweler and said they would be able to fix it, or at least try! No one else in town would even bother. I really appreciated Ryan's energy, he is super friendly and even advised me on other luxury watches I hope to add to my growing collection soon. Thanks Ryan!

My wife and I came here to check out a watch that Sandy reserved for us. We were blown away by the experience that she provided. She was so nice and made everything so enjoyable! Sandy offered to clean my wife's rings while we shop for other stuff which was totally unexpected! There's no other place that I would rather go to! Even the owner came by and thanked us for choosing them. When we left he chased outside just to congratulate us. This was probably one of the best shopping experiences that we've ever had! Thank u sandy and team!

The people at Walters & Hogsett are by far some of the most pleasant people to deal with. My wife and I have used them on multiple occasions ranging from timepieces to sentimental jewelry restoration. Each time they have gone above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience. I must recommend Lanie & Miranda in particular. They have been more than accommodating. This year my wife and I celebrated our 10th anniversary with their help and we were pleased as always. I was looking for a couple watches to add to my collection. After calling pretty much every place in Denver and being given the runaround on the watches that I wanted. I called Lanie D at Walters and Hogsett in Boulder. It was really refreshing to speak to somebody that was friendly and very willing to help me make my watch purchase be an enjoyable experience.
The next day I came by to look at the watch, and chatted for a little bit with them and ended up leaving with the exact watch that I wanted. The first of many to come. I would highly recommend Walters and Hogsett. Looking forward for buying

I had been searching for a jeweler who would enjoy designing a challenging and unique ring using many stones that had sentimental meaning to me. One of the custom jewelers I visited was Walters and Hogsett. Working with Todd, Emily and Angela was amazing. They truly listened to what was important to me and using their expertise created a ring that was everything I had hoped for and more! I really can’t say enough nice things about W&H. The service I received was wonderful. Everyone in the store is extremely professional, attentive and knowledgeable. If you are looking for fine jewelry and watches, this is the place to go. W&H is not as big as some other jewelry stores, but don’t let that fool you. You get the best of the best, with a boutique experience. It’s well worth taking the drive from Denver to check out the store.

I was so excited to find this amazing jeweler! I brought my 7 year old to get her ears pierced and she was very nervous. Don was great and instantly put her at ease. He was also amazing with me. As a personal stylist, I am a perfectionist and Don was masterful and let me weigh in! I couldn't recommend him more to anyone looking to get their ears pierced. On a side note, they have the most beautiful jewelry and I will be going back.

Walters & Hogsett did an AMAZING job creating the custom engagement ring I envisioned for my fiancé. Our friends and family were so impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship. Morgan even pulled some strings to ensure a last minute engraving request could happen THE DAY BEFORE we left for (what would become) our engagement trip. They came highly recommended to me by a friend's father and I can see why. It was a fantastic experience overall!
