Be a Hero not a Bully! Imagine some important person that is on TV. Imagine a great sports figure, baseball, football or hockey. Imagine a very rich person like Bill Gates the owner of Microsoft and one of the richest men in the world. Imagine that person years as a child being picked on by a Bully.
Bullying is a problem in a civilized society. We try to achieve a higher level of thinking than the animals but there is still the "I'll take what I want thinking". At Culver Karate Club we want to promote the attitude of sharing and helping. Yes, Bullying is much like stealing! How so? Bullying is like stealing ones spirit or their soul!
Boot to the Head! Yep! I had a concerned parent approach me and ask what to do with a Bully problem that her son was having. She said this kid kept picking on her son in school and she wanted to know what she should do. Her son is the smallest boy in his class and this one kid chose to pick on him.
Lets start with the verbal bully. Don't let them get to you. The verbal will call you a name and try to upset you. If you just look at them funny and say yeah right then walk away with no reaction or just look and say nothing then what fun is that for the bully. He wants a reaction. The will make fun, play jokes, draw pictures and make remarks about how you look or any way they can get to you.

Fun. Very nice service. All teachers are patient with talkative students. Everyone is hard working and by far the best place in Connellsville to learn karate. No one is racist nor sexist. And we joke sometimes. They deserve a 5 star rating.
