Brandon the technician was late, spent almost 3 hours to tell me my hard drive was bad, damaged the baseboards and put a 5" hole in my wall. When I called about the damages I was told by Nathan that they would only compensate me $65. What poor poor customer service.

They don't deserve even ONE star. They were the WORST company ever. Ripoffs for sure. Sent a young kid out that didn't have a CLUE. He tells me after an hour, "it could be a virus, or it could be your hard drive, the blue screen keeps popping up. I'll just set you up to replace your hard drive." Ok...how much? "$300-$400 plus trip charge." Ok...so my charge today is included in that right? "oh no! the charge you pay today is for me to come out and diagnose!" DIAGNOSE WHAT??? Poor communication & customer service. I was told that my hard drive was completely damaged & that no data was going to be recovered but then had it looked at by another company that was able to recover 90% of my data. Would not recommend if you are in need of data recovery.

Was not impressed with the tech that showed up late to my residence. He did not definitively find the issue with my wife's laptop. He guessed it was this and then that. Guessed!! Totally Unacceptable when your paying $125 an hour for what they advertise as being experienced Certified PC technicians! Do Not Utilize These Hacks!!

As with most businesses that dispatch employees who work by the hour, the experience can be 1-star or 5-stars. Last year, I had a great experience with the tech who fixed the problems on my laptop. He asked relevant questions and provided helpful, understandable information.

When I got a new laptop, I called Karl's to help migrate my info from my old Dell to my new Dell, both with Windows and MS Office. The tech this time, although friendly, was super chatty with no purpose. It seemed to me he was going to turn a 1-2 hour appointment into a 1/2 day. I didn't have confidence that he

These people have had my computer since August Of 2019. They finally told me 5 weeks ago that they can't recovery any of my data. Since then I've left over 6 messages and 5 emails to get my computer back. Every time I'm told they don't have any idea what's going on and they can have a manager call me back. I don't get calls back and I still don't have my computer. I just asked to talk to Matt Karl the owner and I was told he is a very busy man and can't take my call, I was also told no I can't have his email address and that there is no store front I

I had them save a few documents and they said computer was good, 5 hours of transferring data,it cost me as much as a new computer. I appreciate them getting my information off but it would have been nice to go through it with him and just get what I needed instead of 5 hours worth. My computer did the same thing a hour later so for ALOT of money I got the few items I needed and my computer was still fried. It would have been nice for them to tell me what was going on

I would give zero stars to this company if it was possible. I scheduled an appointment with them, and then proceeded to fix the problem with my computer myself. I called them back that same night and canceled my appointment. About a week later I received a call from a technician who was on his way to my house. I told him that I had already canceled the appointment and he said OK. A couple days later I started receiving harassing emails and voicemails about owing a cancellation fee of $125For late cancellation. When I called to explain the situation to the owner, he told me if I didn't pay

These guys are literally the best. Some of these people are griping about price but Geek Squad charges way more to fix a computer.
I have had these guys come work on my computers many times and they do a great job every time.

I am a full-time RVer and I spend the winters in the Arizona desert between Tucson and Casa Grande. My new wireless Brother printer would not talk to my Ipad, no matter how much I read the instructions and fried my brains. I'm not a brainiac, but I'm not completely ignorant about computers either, I use them all the time. I was stumped and frustrated, and I knew I needed help. I gave Karls an email about my dilemma, and they gave me an appointment in a day or so. When the young man arrived at my door, he was very polite and courteous. Over the past 12 years that I have owned my business I have had several companies come in to handle our server needs - and all with mixed results. Recently we made some changes as our business is growing and I called Karls Technology after someone in our office complex referred them. I quickly contacted someone who I was able to explain our needs to and an appointment was made. Chris arrived at our office at the set appt time and quickly determined what we needed and proposed a 'fix' with regards to new hardware. The 'fix' turned out to be much less than we anticipated.

My computer stopped working and I did not want to take it to Best Buy and wait a week to get it back. I called Karls Technology and they came to house that day and fixed my computer. Matt was professional, friendly, and worked quickly to identify and fix the issues. My computer is running well and his rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and am happy that I now have a local computer tech support for any other emergencies.

Matt Karls is a THEIF! ! ! ! ! ! , I hired Matt in October of 2010 to repair two laptops that had died. He told me my primary laptop could not be repaired that the mother board had fried but could back up the data for a nominal fee. Said the secondary laptop just need a tune up and after discussing his fees for repair/tune-ups, I told Matt that I didn't want to spend more than $100, we agreed and he said he would have it back by the following Wednesday Well, Wednesday came and went, and after several unanswered calls, he finally brought it back three weeks later. I powered it up and everything
