As someone who is acquainted with computers and their hardware, I was reluctant to go and seek out a computer tech, thinking that I would waste my money to have them tell me I needed to redo my entire system. Boy, was I wrong. By going to Ben, I easily saved a thousand dollars in hardware costs.

I found out about Flat Rate Computer Guy from my Century Link rep. All the good things he said were right. Ben helped me build a PC for my home office and it is more than I ever expected. For less than the big box stores he set me up with a screaming fast PC. I told him my computer needs and he built it right in front of me. Would not take any money until the PC was delivered and I was satisfied. I'll refer all my friends.

Cannot describe more how much a lifesaver Ben was! I was working on my laptop late at night and it crashed at 9pm, I still had a few assignments due for the morning and had no idea what to do! I was available to find this company and Ben took me in last minute and fixed the problem within the same night! Great service will be using him again with any computer repair needs!

Absolutely Fantastic Service and Professionalism from Ben! He is now my Go 2 Guy for any computer related issues. I will never go to Best Buy or Altex again!
My computer had the blue screen of death and was would only turn of sometimes. I tried everything and wasted a lot of time which I don't really have!
Within an hour Ben called me back saying he identified the problem to be a bad capacitor on the motherboard. He replaced it and I got my PC back an hour later (Same Day, on a Sunday).
Had I have gone to Altex, Best Buy or any other chain repair places, they would have taken 2-3 business days

Ben worked for me 3 separate times when I had computer problems (hard drive recovery, Desktop upgrade and clean-up, and saved my laptop from a cat and cup of coffee). His work is great. What is even better is his business model and professionalism.
When he says "Flat Rate" he means it. No extra charges. If he tells you $70 to repair that is it, full stop. It is not an estimated charge. He will not call you later while he has your computer and feed you a line about extra work that was not expected.
