I was at my wits end on what else I could do to fix my dropped internet conection problem. I tried 7 or 8 software "fixes" and even purchasd a new cable modem - nothing helped. I called Dennis on my lunch hour and told him what was happening. After about 20 minutes of discussion he suggested I check the outside cable connection.

I had a display/screen problem on my lap top that I thought would require a new computer. I called Gold Canyon Computer Repair because of the good Yelp ratings. I was not disappointed. Dennis was courteous, communicative and stayed true to his estimations. I now have a restored computer and very please with the service and cost. I recommend GCC Repair as trustworthy, competent, efficient and a good value!

Dennis at Gold Canyon Computer repair is awesome.. not only did he answer the phone straight off the bat, he gave me a same day appointment and came to my home within two hours. He quickly recognized what the challenges were and got me up and running quickly. My business completely stops when my computers are down.

I've had Dennis do my computer repair work for several years and he has always come through for me. He will come to your residence or pick up your device(s) depending on your needs. We are full-time RVers always on the road. It's difficult to find someone you can trust to make repairs to items like computers when you're not going to be in an area very long. He come to the RV park, listened carefully to what I thought I wanted done and made some suggestions based on the age of the computers. He took mine back to the shop with him for a tune-up. When he returned it, he'd cleaned out some "ad-ware" that was hogging a lot of space, and had freed up 125 gb memory. He then took my husband's computer and not only cleaned it, but identified a problem
