You may be at a point on your life's journey where you want to improve certain aspects, such as your weight, fitness, stress, energy, sleep, eating, digestion, mental clarity and life balance, but you just don't know how to. If so, I'm soooooo glad you found your way here! Hi, I'm Jill! I provide holistic health coaching, functional personal training and physical therapy-related exercise programs.

I can help you with making the small shifts over time that will eventually create powerful and lasting change in the quality of your health and, more importantly, your life. Through my training, you can learn how to become confident in the amazing body that is yours and learn tools that will help you live longer, healthier and happier.
Services
I am a holistic health coach who helps people of all ages who want to be healthy, fit, well-balanced and successful at the sport of life. I have been providing functional personal training, holistic health coaching and physical therapy-related exercises as an independent professional for 25 years.
As your coach, I'll come to your home, or you come to my home's fitness studio in Southborugh for a predetermined set of one-hour sessions. We'll create an exercise program for you in a private setting and develop healthy eating guidelines that work for your unique constitution. Consultations (wellness calls) are always free of charge.
Welcome to my online group lifestyle and wellness journey, Life Starts Now, where you'll master the habits to help you live your best life, starting now. Life Starts Now is an online group course based on the science of habit formation and the practice of Ayurveda, the healing side of Yoga.

Broken out into four sessions aligning with the seasons, you'll develop ten habits to help you find and keep your optimal weight, sleep deeper, stress less, and live a more balanced, vibrant life.While the course is designed to be a year long, you can get your feet wet with just one session and go from there, see how it feels.
Jill has had a major positive impact on my life and I've grown stronger, healthier and more flexible due to our workouts. My golf game has also greatly improved with my strength and flexibility.
