Services
As your coach, I'll come to your home, or you come to my home's fitness studio in Southborugh for a predetermined set of one-hour sessions. We'll create an exercise program for you in a private setting and develop healthy eating guidelines that work for your unique constitution. Consultations (wellness calls) are always free of charge.
