Amazing and wonderful doesn't even begin to describe the outstanding service we received from Cindy before, during and after our stay in Mission Beach. She is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. Check-in/out instructions were super easy and Cindy made sure to follow-up to make sure we were good with everything. During our week stay as a family of 5, if something came up, I just texted or called Cindy and she responded within minutes, if not seconds. We recently stayed in their "Paradise Retreat" rental.
It's a furnished 3rd floor condo. To equate it to "luxury" is a bit of a stretch as I've stayed in Airbnb's with the same (or better) amenities. What you're paying for is the convenience of the being right on the beach and the view of the oceanfront location -- which is definitely worth it.
I was not the person who booked the place but heard good things about the point of contact and their quick responses.

What a wonderful experience we had renting from Mission:Vacation in Mission Beach over the Labor Day weekend. Everything was absolutely perfect - from Cindy, the owner of Mission: Vacation, to the condo furnishings, to the actual condo location, to people watching, to the glorious sunsets! Cindy was very attentive to our needs while being friendly and professional. This trip was the first time using Mission: Vacation but will not be the last time when visiting San Diego/Mission Beach. We had a wonderful vacation weekend in Mission Beach, San Diego! Our condo was very clean, updated appliances, comfy mattresses and bedding, and nicely furnished. The location is perfect! Close to good restaurants, convenient grocery stores all within walking distance. Beautiful views from every room. We enjoyed staying on the quiet side of the bay with the option to cross the street to walk along the pacific side as well where it is bustling with more activity! Cindy was great to work with. My wife and I researched numerous beach vacation rentals in southern california and couldn't be happier about our decision to use Mission Vacations. Cindy provided excellent customer service from initial contact to follow up after we left. The rental we chose was clean, quiet and in a safe neighborhood. We have a 6 month old daughter and we had a nice time walking the neighborhood for morning coffee and meals throughout the day. There is a reason we keep going to Mission Vacation rentals for our annual vacations. Cindy is the difference maker when it comes to renting anything on Mission Beach. The place we rented was well equipped and located on the beach. I will keep returning to Cindy every time I am going to Mission Beach. The fact that Cindy was able to find us a pet friendly place was a huge plus. No way would I go anywhere else to rent in this area.

Wow what a fabulous vacation in Mission Beach San Diego. Cindy was so awesome to work with and the condo was exactly like we expected and came with everything promised. The location couldn't have been better as it was a short walk to Belmont Park but also just far enough way to avoid the crowds that that public area generates. Cindy has won us over as a return client and we can't wait to get back next year and for years to come.

We have used Cindy at Mission Vacations for years. Every rental is in perfect condition and above our expectations. Cindy personally checks on us to see if there is anything else she can help with. She has lived in the area for years and can recommend to visiters the best restaurants, shops, and other hot spots. Our beach rentals have always been on the Boardwalk and reasonably priced. We wouldn't think about calling anyone else. Highly Recommend!!

The property was in a perfect location. We were right on the Ocean Front Boardwalk, and close to all of the bars and restaurants in the Belmont area. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. The rental came with all of the goodies you need for the beach, but don't think to pack, or don't have room for...frisbee, beach towels and chairs, boogie board, etc. The shared patio with chairs was a great spot to watch the sunset. This was our first visit to Mission Beach. Cindi kindly helped us out of a very difficult situation - we arrived from a long haul flight to find we had been scammed and had nowhere to spend our vacation. Within hours we were settled into a wonderful beachfront condo. Her service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Couldn't ask for more! We highly recommend her.

We sought Cindy's help in finding a vacation spot on the boardwalk for the first this past February. We were not disappointed! The place was fabulous - perfect for our group of four adults traveling together. The place was clean and well appointed, she even had our favorite beverage ingredients waiting for us! The price was afordable, the views were spectacular - - we even watched dolphins swim by one morning! Our rental had a fantastic kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit. We have been staying on Mission Beach for over 25 years and the Beach Front Oasis is by far the best location we have ever stayed at. Cindy, from Mission Vacation, is a joy to work with and made renting the unit super easy. The unit itself is a home away from home. It was clean and had all the conveniences you could hope to find. This was our first time renting a condo as we would normally stay at a resort when we go on a vacation. But after this vacation we definitely will be renting properties in the future. Our family had a wonderful stay at one of the Mission Vacation properties right on the beach in Mission Bay. The condo was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. Cindy was very attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We could not have asked for a better vacation. We will definitely be back again!

Cindy and her team went above and beyond to accomodate us.
Directions, instructions, and correspondence prior to our arrival were timely and effective.
The place we rented was outstanding. The pictures of the place make the place look nice, but it was actually better in person! The place was spotless when we walked in. It was stocked with everyhting listed on the website.
We had an issue with the parking (someone parked in our spot) and Cindy personally came down to take care of it within 15 minutes of making the call

Booking was easy- we had a snafu with the website but Cindy, one of the owners, helped me out with it and it was completed easily and quickly.
Whenever I had a question in the few months leading up to our stay, Cindy answered in an exceptionally timely manner. I was a little hesitant to book through a smaller business but it turned out to be a great choice. I would definitely book through Mission Vacation in the future.

We have worked with Cindy for 3 years and she makes arrangements simple and easy. We switched to a larger unit last winter and Cindy found one to our liking. Cindy was wonderful. She helped me find a place within my budget and called the first day to make sure things were going well. The house we stayed at had a patio overlooking Mission Bay - we loved every minute sitting there in the sun. We had a small issue with the floors, but Cindy said she would take care of that.
