They are the best around the area. Very caring and service oriented. We had to put our cat down and one dog down on different times. They were so very caring and ask prior to my arrival on the phone if I needed to come in the side door. They wanted to meet me in the parking lot as they knew I was upset and would not want to go into the main waiting room. They gave me some choices on being with my pets or saying goodbye in that separate room. They sent me a card both times with a paw print of my fur babies.

My dog suffered from very bad stranger anxiety, including at the vet. They were also so accommodating of that, and listened to things I had to say. Dr. Rutledge is the best! My pet unfortunately had to be put down recently due to seizures, and they were so caring and helpful through every step. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet. I would choose them again if I ever decide to get another dog.

This place has been amazing for our boy Sam!!! They are all such wonderful and compassionate people! Our boy was attacked by another dog and they got him back immediately and got him comfortable and worked on him! They have been so good to him since he was a puppy! He gets so excited when he sees them too even when he was hurt he trusted them and was all wags! Thank you Troutman Animal Hospital for all your care and for being so understanding and so professional!

What a GREAT PLACE to bring your pet. I WAS doing a favor for a close Friend to take her handsome Tom Cat "WALTER" for his check up. I've been there before for another friend because they had to work. The Employees are always nice, patient, concerned & empathetic when needed💞.
