Welcome to the Catskill Martial Arts Academy (CMAA, ) Sullivan County's only full time martial arts facility. We offer morning, afternoon and evening classes for all ages. CMAA provides traditional training in Korean, Japanese and Chinese martial arts systems. Our programs are designed to promote multifaceted growth beneficial to our child and adult students.

Services
In today's competitive world, martial art training provides you with mental benefits as well as a healthier, less stressful lifestyle. Our training regimen develops self awareness, self assurance and self confidence. You don't need unusual physical skills, just the desire to develop martial art skills and a positive self image.
Our classes have been specifically designed to both teach and challenge children. Through the practice of Tang Soo Do, your child will learn discipline, focus, increases motor skills and confidence as well as develop positive changes in muscle tone, strength, and flexibility.
Our weapons program is included in all the karate classes to improve the hand and eye coordination and build the biggest benefit to percussion weapons' training is that things like wrist flexibility, muscle strength, core stability, tendon strength, dexterity, balance, body positioning and coordination, all play a role in the final outcome.

Folks, I post this as an excellent way to deal with your child being bullied. Please Please Please do your child the favor of at least investigating this place. I know many of the martial arts schools in Sullivan County and I have frankly never met a teacher like the man who runs this one.
Excellent school of Martial Arts. The teacher, Mr. Belsito, is clearly invested in his students and in particular those younglings who come to his school with issues which cause them to be distracted or not do well in school, and those who are bullied. Mr. Donald E. Belsito Sr. does NOT teach kids to be aggressive
