After contacting performance towing for a tow. I recieved a call back from Jon saying that he would arrive to me within 8 minutes. I cant thank him enough. He was so professional. He even contacting me after dropping my car off with updates. Thank you Jon. You are amazing.

This place was terrible. After having my car breakdown in a construction zone on the highway, it took 3 months, 3 calls, and 3 in-person visits, the third visit being with a different tow company to a different garage for repair. Most calls ending with they know it's there and will get back to me. The original conversation was that they had a mechanic on site that would call with a quote after looking at the vehicle. Which NEVER happened. My car was towed by them 9/30/2021- was removed after no communication 12/13/2021- was finished and ready to go before Christmas Eve. Shout out to Jeff's Westside

I've had several cars repaired there, several times, for body work. These comments are mainly about their body-shop services.
Very helpful, very friendly. Lower prices than competitors. Does nice work. The owner, Rick, tries to save customers money, by giving reasonable advice about which dents and scratches are worth fixing and which aren't worth the expense of repairing.
When towing, the crew brongs fancy equipment to lift the car onto the flatbed quickly and safely.
Years ago, this was just a towing company, but then Rick bought a famous body shop (Lacz) whose owner was retiring, and then

Performance has done many services it for me, whether it be body work and paint; installing a new grill, headlights, directionals, and brakes on my jeep; or something as simple as an oil change and tire rotation; Rick at Performance is always top notch! When in need, he finds a way to squeeze it in within reason. Towing is top notch as well. Highly recommended!
If someone is unhappy at him for towing a car parked illegally, that’s to no fault of his. He is contracted by the city and they make the rules, he just does his job.

I can’t say enough good things about Rick and Performance Towing! They arrived in under 30 minutes to jump my truck, and when it wouldn’t start the great guy who tried immediately diagnosed the problem—the starter—and towed it for a reasonable price. And they fixed it for a reasonable price. It was ready the next day! I highly recommend them for towing and service. And the folks there are really nice, professional people. Thank you!
