Responsive, professional, and quality work. Evan and Joe were kind, respectful and worked their tails off to get the job done. We had an issue/blockage in the attic that was causing leak through our brand-new ceiling. They were able to come out and fix the issue within an hour on June 10, 2021. I just had a new Trane system installed by Kenny's after getting a glowing recommendation from my neighbor, and they did not fail to impress. Watching them break down the old system and install the new was like watching a pit crew work on a racecar, no wasted motion whatsoever. Every employee I worked with had that precise efficiency of motion you see in people who truly know their trade. When installing the new unit one of the techs noticed a part didn't look up to spec out of the box, let me know, and had a fresh part out and installed the next day. That's the kind of professionalism they bring
