Truly thankful and grateful for quality cost saving work. Immediately care to set up new system and duct work for relief of warm weather and soon to be cold weather. Consideration of the need for air flow within each room and the size of unit needed to perform well and efficient. All material on board to complete the job in one day along with the crew that it would take. Feel they may have cut the job short by leaving a some finish work undone like closing up old duck work and vapor barrier. Highly suggest following up on the finish work to clarify completed job well done.

The AC Therapists gave me a great price on my AC units, and were incredibly responsive to my needs. I also needed some repairs done the night before thanksgiving and they were able to come out the next day, solve our problem, and be done in time for us to host a huge, holiday meal.I would recommend them to anyone that needs any AC or HVAC work done.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Fast services and the Staff is super friendly from the inital meeting, the install, and afterwards. Have had 2 different services completed at 2 homes 1 ac replace and the other system duct replacement. Would recommend, have recommended and will continue to. Best in Tampa hands down.

Plus during these COVID times they went all over town to get the system that I wanted and what was best for my home. My AC was not cooling and I had called the company that originally installed the unit and was mistakenly told the problem was with my Nest thermostat. I replaced the thermostat with a new Nest but it still didn't cool. I then tried to troubleshoot over the phone with Nest support but did not get very far. Woke up Monday morning to no air conditioning. Not good. Put in a request for quotes early to get emergency service and selected Richard (the A/C Therapist). He was able to have a tech at my door in 40 minutes. WOW!
The tech diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes or so and was able to fix the problem that morning. The pricing was fair given the amount of work required and the emergency nature of the call.

The first time I turned the air conditioner on this summer it was not cooling I suspected a Freon leak I called AC therapist and they responded quickly and confirmed that I had no Freon in my compressor. They could not find the leak so they added a stop leak material to the system unfortunately they could not guarantee that the stop leak would work all the time they've had good success and I've had some bad results using this product but they left a decision to meet after adding the stop leak material we added the coolant the systems works fine it&apos
