Our program is built around the concept that children are born ready to learn. As caregivers, we strive to create a learning environment that is safe, stimulating and encouraging. We focus on the building of a very strong, stable, well-balanced foundation of the emotional, social, cognitive, mental and physical skills of each child.

We also design challenging activities that will meet the needs of each child to accomplish their goals and be more than prepared for Elementary School and becoming very productive in the world. Bay Country Learning Center is built around the concept that children are born ready to learn.
Services
At Bay Country Learning Center, our goal is to foster your child's potential for greatness and help them from the infant stage onward. Our Maryland certified teachers will put emphasis on building your child's developmental skills and cater to their own specific needs rather than needs based on age - because we know every child is different!
As kids reach the toddler stage at 2 and 3 years old, they like to explore their worlds by using all their senses and to engage in hands-on play! At Bay Country Learning Center, we will foster your toddler's cognitive, emotional and social development with carefully planned learning activities in our program.
Give your child a hands-on learning experience at Bay Country Learning Center. Children learn in a more accelerated way when they can explore their world and get hands-on with an age-appropriate curriculum. Your preschool-aged children can enjoy a variety of activities, games and lessons to encourage their independence, cognitive growth and socialization.
At Bay Country Learning Center, we utilize a pre-k program that is approved by the Maryland State Board of Education. All of the three and four-year-old students are taught by our experienced and caring teachers who have four-year teaching degrees. We have openings for 3 to 4-year-old classrooms.

With the Frog Street Curriculum, we carefully design each lesson with the right learning materials, toys and activities that are geared toward your child's skill and ability level. Our goal is to foster each child's individual growth to help them achieve the skills they need to move to the next age and skill level for success!
At Bay Country Learning Center, we believe in creating a challenging curriculum that will help students grow and develop the critical thinking skills they need to succeed in life. Utilizing the Frog Street Curriculum, which is approved by the Maryland State Board of Education, our teachers lead classes of three and four-year-old students with activities geared toward their age level.

Positive: Reliability
We had a great experience at Bay Country during the time our daughther attended the center. Teachers are professional, create a positive learning environment and took very good care of our daughter. The director of the center did a good job managing the daycare during Covid and following all guidelines required to keep everyone safe.

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability, Value
Terrible company, they will fire their employees instead of letting them stay their entire 2 weeks because they care more about their turnover rate then employees. Do NOT bring your child here , this business is unprofessional and the owners aren't what they seem!

If you are are parent looking for a licensed daycare that is not only accredited, but provides a safe, loving, and welcoming environment, Bay Country is the place for you. We highly recommend it!
Bay Country Learning Center is a breath of fresh air. After months and months of disappointing experiences with multiple daycare centers and in home care, we have been fortunate enough to finally find Bay Country. My daughter is on her third year and our son is coming up on his 1-year anniversary.
As new parents, we were initally concerned with the licensing, accreditations, etc. We learned very quickly

I had to pull my toddler out of Bay Country Learning Center a couple of months ago due to them not taking my potty trained son to the bathroom.
The last two weeks he was there he came home in different clothes every day having peed through his underwear.
I did end up talking to the owner to which her comments were " why didn't you tell me earlier," " yes, she did tell me she needed more help with Rohan" and "the caretaker had a family illness the last two weeks."
As a partner in a business I really let a lot of situations slide as I know employees have a mind of their own at times that shouldn
