At Joy In Learning Child Care Centers, children are encouraged to learn and grow at their own pace. We provide quality child care in a home-like environment. Services
The center is located between Rt. 50 and College Parkway in the community of Whispering Woods. Situated in the center of the Broadneck Peninsula, the center is minutes from Anne Arundel Community College, the Bay Bridge (Eastern Shore), and Annapolis, the seat of our county and state governments. The Annapolis Center (Whispering Woods) is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
