Had a great experience working with Ken Negley at Valley Honda to get my new-to-me beautiful ride! Searching for a vehicle is not my cup of tea but he made it a comfortable and easy process the entire way. In the midst of my searching he warned of a place in St. Charles (McGrath) that often has hidden fees. I checked out a vehicle there and sure enough - a bunch of hidden fees. Their waiting room is outstanding with free hot beverages such as coffee and tea and they provide plenty of desktop Apple Computers and a charging station for your devices. The staff takes good care of your automobile when you surrender your vehicle for service, they put plastic covers on your seat and floor and After every service, they wash your car too!!! We had a great experience with Valley Honda. Our salesman, Chris Barrera, was extremely helpful from the start. He was up front about everything and even pointed me to the eventual car we ended up buying when I didn't believe this dealer had the trim level I was looking for. The buying experience was easy and I never felt like add-ons were being pushed on us. Chris and the entire Honda staff we worked with were great and we will certainly come back to Valley Honda as an option the next time we are in the market for a car.

Every step of the way, Umesh was a pleasure to deal with. He gave us a very competitive quote via email, secured a test drive which none of the other dealers were able to do, and did not surprise us with any hidden costs like other dealers did. Best service experience by far! The lounge is comfortable with several chairs and work stations. They even have Mac computers available if you didn't bring your laptop. There's a great Starbucks and Teavanna set up. The seating area and bathrooms were all very clean.

Valley Honda was amazing!! I took my Honda there for an oil change. I was nervous because they didn't take appointments, but I pulled in, and they greeted me right away. They estimated an hour wait and it was an hour! Wow! Honesty! After 45 minutes they did come check on me as I stayed in their very accommodating waiting room. My aunt helped me get a new car while I was visiting home for Christmas. I live in Arizona so there were some papers to sign to make sure I wouldn't hijack a car but it all has gone super smoothly so far! I arrive Tuesday for "delivery" when we bring the title for my "old" Crv and get my new baby! Caesar has been a champ. I purchased a new Honda Civic today at Valley Honda and everything was great! Cesar was an amazing salesperson and he, like I'm sure all of the other salespeople try to get you the best deal possible. He did a great job explaining the different models of civics and the safety features. He knew the answers to all of my questions and gave CLEAR answers which is important when making such a big purchase. Stephanie was also great! I decided to come to this location to get my oil change done for my car because of a coupon I found online. I would have to say that this was the best decision I made. The service was excellent and the service workers were really specific and helpful. They explained everything throughly and answered any questions that I had.
