Last week I came in to see a Porsche Panamera Ultimo had and was so pleased to look at a car without feeling uncomfortably hassled!! The salesmen are all very knowledgeable I worked with Jacob who was super patient with me answering a million questions and even got back to me on his day off which was nice. I didn’t end up getting that one but honestly this is the only place I’ll look now keep up the great work guys 👏🏼

Bought vehicle 12/9/2020 and now it’s 1/4/2021 so not even 30days and having air suspension failure problems. No help with this issue, only response was “we told you about the extended warranty you could of bought”. Make sense now when they was trying to sales pitch me the warranty saying it’s good for the suspension it self. Never thought I’d be having problems this soon. Beware. You will be on your own if you don’t buy they warranty. Better off buying certified pre owned cars from original dealerships.

I bought a Porsche Cayenne in 2020 and it was a smooth buying process. I called the dealership over one year later to inquire about paperwork on my extended warranty, and I was lied to twice. I asked if someone could please talk to me about the extended warranty, and I was told I’d get a call back in 20 minutes. I did not get a call back so I called Ultimo back. The same gentleman answered and said that someone was still planning to call me back by the end of the day, but again I was lied to and never received a call back. In summary, I bought an expensive car and they were unkind and neglectful

Dealer's rep Gary reached out a day after I contacted Ultimo. He was helpful at the beginning but as we started working on a deal, Gary had to rely on his very inflexible management to make things happen and the faceless "management" refused to provide any concessions to finalize our deal after I spent hours with due diligence. At the end, it ended up with Gary pushing me to finance the car via them to receive free open transport (I wanted enclosed and was willing to split the cost 50-50 and preferred not to finance the car - I even agreed to pay the full asking price which is not

I did most of the sale over the internet. I dealt with Al via text about the car and my trade and he was more than accommodating. We made a deal, I drove down and signed the paperwork, was in and out quickly. My only issue is they said the vehicle had an oil change within the last 100 miles. It definitely did not have one, oil was very dirty. This was not a big deal but don’t tell a customer it was done when clearly it wasn’t. All in all a very good experience.

Al was a relaxed sales professional! I like his sales by education sales-approach. Both Al and Leo (Finance) and Dex (GM) were clear and proactive communicators. All very respectful. I flew in from DC Saturday morning; I was driving the 2014 Cayenne diesel home by 1 PM. The car was great on the 13 hour drive home! I really liked that Ultimo Motors West keeps their auto assets inside, which makes for a clean and consistent buying experience. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Honestly this was the best car buying experience of my life. Not just an exotic I’m talking any. Al was an absolute pleasure to work with, was very fair on price and they have the best rates you will ever see for used cars if you want to finance. We were in and out in less than an hour! Unreal… we will never go anywhere else!!!

Just want to update this bit of a mishap with Ultimo motors.
All said and done, after spitting blood and poor review, I did recieve my check for repairs and all is settled.
Keep in mind, the car was in AWESOME CONDITION as stated and still driving it like a kid on Christmas day!!
They do have SPECIAL cars in wonderful condition.

My husband found a 2013 BMW X6 xDrive50i online on Tuesday, June 23rd, it had good miles about 60,000 and was a good price. When my husband called to inquire about the car, he spoke with a salesman, Oliver Kapelski. My husband told him we have financing and wanted the car, but that we couldn't get there until Monday, June 29th his next off day. I was in town to purchase a Maserati Granturismo spoke with Oliver Kapelski. He had no idea what he was talking about and try to justify that the check engine light would go off if I drove it off the lot. He kept trying to feed me lies like I can return the car if it doesnt and that the warranty they have will cover it. Also when I saw several people laughing in the back when he was feeding me lines like Im some cheap date. Oliver needs to find a new career because he has no knowledge of cars at all and dont know a difference between an engine and exhaust. I do not recommend buying from this

Was looking around the country for a specific color Porsche 911. At the time, I was searching the entire country for the perfect 911, so I had contacted a few other places including several Porsche dealers. My initial plan was to purchase the car only from an actual Porsche dealer, but I found a low mileage car which was the combination I was looking for at Ultimo Motors East in Chicago. I contacted them and heard back from Louis. The car at Ultimo was only a year old and based on what I could tell was in better condition than a lot of the certified pre-owned cars at some dealerships.

My experience at Ultimo was a positive one. Initially, I was only interested in test driving a 911 turbo. Long story short, we were driving it back home within 2 hours of being at the dealership. The car was priced well without a single blemish on the paint. James Berce, who helped me throughout the sales process was very knowledgeable and informative about the Porsche. The manager we worked with, Scott Gurel, made the process as smooth as a car buying experience could possibly be.
