I purchased a vehicle from Audi of Naperville about a month ago and the experience was great. I was assisted by Tyler Haines and he was very helpful. The Dealership itself was very clean and well put together. I was told when I walked in that they stand by their technicians and their vehicle quality and I was not let down. The staff addressed all of my concerns in a professional manner. If you want a car buying experience that does not feel forced or shady I would highly recommend going here. Excellent customer service and great knowledge. Sales rep was kind and worked fast to get me out quickly since I was in a hurry, finance lady did the same and was so personable and easy to talk to. Guy that explained everything did an extremely thorough job. A lot of years experience all the way around at this dealership..not at all pushy. Highly recommend

Called the dealership and got informed that if they will find that my warranty repair issues is created by some other factor they will charge $175 fee for the estimate on warranty job. Great service ! I worked with Westmont Audi And Fletcher Jones before never heard of estimate fees on warranty jobs.

I just purchased a used Sienna here yesterday, I couldn't ask for better service and better deal from anywhere else. They really took good care of the car and the customer. They put brand new tires, oil change, new brake pads all around.
