Frank's Pizza Italian Restaurant & Catering

Attempted to place an order but couldn’t input a gift card. Tried calling 3 times, all 3 times continuously rang. So screw it. Not ordering here.

Franks has been a staple at our family gatherings. Good (birthdays, celebrations) and bad (deaths), this food has warmed our stomachs. Great salads, hearty soups, good pizza, amazing chicken dishes, pastas and my personal favorite, their cheese tortellini alfredo. We have picky eaters and refined eaters- franks has something for everyone. I'm salivating thinking about their Chicken Saltimbocca! Yum!

Fresh and tasty pizza, every time. They use real fresh mushrooms, never canned like some places. Also, we tried other pizzerias nearby - but almost OD’d on the amount of salt . So Franks by far is much better!

Place is ok. Nice seating. Food is good but inflation for a slice of pizza...3.20...i don't know, man.

The las time i did an order and I paid $25, now I want order the same thing and the lady's wanted charge me $45 .. idk why!! And I live super closed, it's crazy ..

Very bad customer service, horrible!! And OMGGG it’s expensive, that why I buy pizza Bc is faster and cheaper, I always order here and now I wanted order and they wanted charge 50 dollars!! So, how much is the pizza? $25, and the 6 wings another $25!! Terrible

The best chicken parm sandwich on the best Italian bread. Perfect chicken to sauce and cheese ratio. That's all

Frank's is our local go to restaurant. Good food, I especially like their chicken dinner dishes. Choice between soup or salad, and pasta or broccoli with their entrees.

My husband and I get take out from here weekly, and my family has always frequented this spot. They make our Christmas Eve fish feast much easier each year as well. Great food, awesome workers and speedy service!

Ok I have to tried and tried with Frank's. They are a local place but I can't, not when there better options for Italian in the general area. There are other Frank's in NJ, they are much better. IMO the pizza is not good. It tastes too doughy to me, like it wasn't cooked long enough. It's often greasy and the crust is not crispy. I've had a few sandwiches/meals there and they are ok. You are better off going with food if you order from there. I've order through the phone several times and several times my order has been wrong. Like they have forgotten meals and

The pompton lakes location is my all time local favorite pizza place so I figured this would be equally as good. Their prices are high compared to others in the area ($9 for a small meatball parmigiana sandwich), and the white pie is not the same as their other location but still good. What killed me was their sauce on the regular pie...way too sweet. I would go here for the "specialty slices", but otherwise not my favorite in this neighborhood.

This has to be some of the worst food in NJ! The pizza is soo salty, you will be up all night drinking water just to satisfy your thirst!
We have lived in town for 5 years now and have given this place a few tries. We never really liked anything we ordered, from pasta to pizza. But kept giving the place another chance, hoping we just got a bad day for the restaurant and next time will be better. The food is just ok at best. Here is the last straw. We ordered 2 items from the menu on tuesday for delivery. We were almost afraid to open the door to accept the order when we saw the delivery guy

Decent, above average Italian-American food. Sometimes they screw up orders on the phone and aren't real accommodating when you get home and call them with the mistake. Also, they have a 20% discount that applies if you order online. I can never get it to work and when I call to tell them that they won't give me the 20% discount. Pretty cheap .

Best off eating inside the restaurant. Now that Commissar Murphy is allowing some in restaurant dining, give it a try.

Great customer service! I ordered an eggplant parmasean sandwich for lunch at the recommendations o the cashier. Sandwich was piping hot and fresh. The sandwich was good but needed more marinara sauce and salt. Solid 7/10.

Amazing food!!!! Worth every penny! We love just about everything we have ever ordered! The staff is also amazing and so so nice

Best authentic pizza shop around town...everything is super fresh from salad to the fish. Love it and I bring the fsmiky there once a week!

Called for delivery and was shorted 2 dinners. One dinner was completely wrong. Told delivery guy and he said to call the pizzeria. Called the pizzeria and got a run around. Seemed like they really didn't care. Asked for a refund and they asked...for what? Ridiculous and the food isn't that great that they can be so rude. Plenty of good places to eat that get it right and aren't as expensive.

The pastas and dinners are the star of the show here. Come hungry or eat the rest the next day. This place isn't gourmet and nor is it priced that way. But go in with the right expectations and you'll be very happy -- in fact, I blame unrealistic expectations for the shockingly low Yelp rating.

I usually love my bruschetta pizza I order from there all the time and this time the bruschetta had no flavor. Just tomatoes onions and oil on pizza bread, so much more to bruschetta then that, gotta add the garlic and vinegarand parmesan cheese. Very disappointing bc I get this every time in work in the area. I'm actually quite upset at this.

When we went to this place, we got pizza for pickup, and it looked really good. But, when we got the pizza and arrived home to eat, the pizza was TERRIBLE. It was so soggy and all the cheese was just falling off. This was very strange because most of the time, this place is really good. I don't know what happened, but this is unacceptable.

Picked up a chicken parmigiana dinner to ight and it was terrible. A few small pieces of over fried chicken, sauce and very little cheese. They should be ashamed to charge 17.95 for a horrible dinner!

I recently discovered the Seafood Combination Salad ($14.95).

Woah! This is a thing of beauty...you'll wait 15 minutes for it, but that's because they're cooking the Calamari and Shrimp, to order...which means fresh, warm, tender, sweet, delicious.

I absolutely love this salad.

I asked for extra lemon wedges, and they gladly gave me plenty. I love the citrus kick it gives to the salad.

Folks at Franks, you got a real winner here!
