Service is absolutely amazing! Having a person up front greeting and organizing appointments makes a difference. Very different approach than the other places I've been to and I truly appreciate it. The technicians take their time and are proud of their work. Favorite new nail place for me. I will be a long term client!

I DON'T recommend this place if you want to have a dip powder done. It didn't even last 15 days (as you can see in the picture) it cracked and broke very fast. Besides, the Asian women started talking and laughing between them while they were working so you don't know it they are mocking or joking about you. Very UNPLEASANT experience.
RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: It was walk-in. Your technicians weren’t asking for translation, I had one doing mani and another one doing pedi at the same time, and they were chatting and laughing between them. So, please don’t play the translation card with me.

This was my first time. Greeted by Victoria when I arrived, very pleasant, very professional and attentive. Here is my experience with EVERY other shop I have been to
1. The nail techs are busy talking amongst themselves in their native language.
2. The nail tech will ask the customer, "you live around here" and that is the end of the technician / customer interaction.
3. You are pressured for services you do not want.
Well NONE of the above things happened at Herbal Nails and Spa at Chandler Village. Gina was my technician, very friendly, very funny and she did an amazing job on my powder

The best pedicure I’ve ever had! I have been wanting to try this place for awhile and I’m so glad I did! Was able to book an appointment through Yelp and heard back within 15 min. Very very very clean and friendly staff. I absolutely loved the organic ingredients they used from the lavender to fresh oranges. Will be back again!

Went here today (10/24/21) and Jenny did an amazing job on my nails! This was my first time here, recommended by a coworker/friend. and also my first time getting something “over the top”) i’m usually a single color or ombré pink/white kind of girl) but i really wanted something fancy for fall and my birthday in a couple weeks. I got the SNS dip full set (i also never get dip) anyways- I had a picture from pinterest and i am AWFUL at color matching nails but with help from one of the receptionists and tons of patience from jenny, this was the ending result and i am in AWE. it was worth my

I have been coming to this location since they first opened years ago. Nina is my absolute favorite & always does an absolute stunning job on my nails EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not only is the atmosphere great, they play some of my favorite shows on the TVs, so many colors to choose from in regular, gel & SNS dip. These are photos of some of the recent sets Nina has done on my nails. I won’t go anywhere else!

Original post from two days ago: I originally loved this place. 4 days after my dip manicure 3 of my nails are chipped and cracked. My routine hasn’t changed only the salon I did my nails at did. 😭
1/30/21 I did receive a response to email them and they would fix my nails.
1/31/21 after I went to my appointment, this is the response I emailed the owner:
I appreciate the thought, the response from the salon was disappointing to say the least. I called and made my appointment for the fix. When I show up, 5 min early to my appointment, they told me to come back tomorrow. What a waste of my
