I don't think I can put in to words how blown away I am by this salon. It is more than a salon, it is a family owned business where they take care of their clients and ensure that NO ONE walks out of the door unsatisfied. It was AMAZING. Every member of the staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming.

This place is the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to here in Phx! 😍 I have had a very hard experience with finding a nail salon over the course of the past 4 years. This one is by far my absolute favorite! They make me feel comfortable and really take theyre time with doing your nails, normally if I don’t like something I feel bad saying to redo it, I felt comfortable voicing my opinion and they gladly fixed whatever I liked. Emmy did exactly what I asked for. I really enjoyed the family vibe, I felt so welcome and comfortable. Very reasonably priced.

I hate to say this, but I have not been happy with the last three or so dip manicures. The last two times, I left the salon bleeding (the techs saw the bleeding and did nothing, said nothing). The tips of my fingers have also been super sore from the rough filing of the nails. I have always enjoyed getting my nails done here, salon is clean and beautifully decorated, but the quality of the work has gone downhill. I hate looking for another salon, but to leave in pain and bleeding cannot be ignored.

BEST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO ! My nail tech, Tracy took her time and don’t rush at all. She made sure my edges were clean and asked me if I liked it throughout the whole time. She was also really nice and talked to me about school, holidays, family, etc. which I found to be very nice :) My nails are gorgeous and I will absolutely be coming back 🙌 11/10

Where to start...I decided to try OMG nail salon due to the fact that they offered a variety of dip nail polishes. The current place I go to had limited Colors, so I decided to come here. I am new to the dip world of nails, This was probably my third time, and I made the mistake of attempting to remove my dip nails at home. Long story short, I took about two hours to remove the dip nails from my hands.
While at OMG nails the tech working on on my pedicure asked if I was getting dip nails, I responded yes. I also told him that I currently didn't have dip on my nails due to having removed it

My third visit here unfortunately has me searching to go elsewhere from now on. I wouldn’t recommend Paul to do your nails based on my experience with him. It began with the owner sending Paul over to do my nails while I’m trying to relax during my pedicure. I never had a choice if I wanted a double service, they just pushed it on me without feeling like I had a choice. I was double booked my 2nd service but the girls who did my nails and pedicures were so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Paul on the other hand was really unwelcoming and cold. I did get a smile out of him when I tipped

I have came here twice and have not been disappointed. The vibe in there is amazing. My nails lasted for a month with no lifting! They are really great at making every design perfect and with detail. Leslie did the set in the pictures. 10/10 recommend 🤩🔥

I always get my gel nails done here by Tracy. She is the absolute best! Literally an artist- she can do any design and works with you to make sure it's what you want. I have been going to Tracy for a few months now and couldn't be happier. She is also really funny and friendly (: 10/10 would recommend coming to see Tracy! You can show her a picture from Pinterest of the nails you want, and then her work turns out even better and more vibrant than the picture! Her eye for colors and her experience makes her the very best in the biz. Every time I leave more and more impressed with her work

So... I haven't been able to find a nail place I really like for a while so I decided to give OMG Nails & Spa a try. Worth it. The inside of the spa is gorgeous, super clean and modern, it's also huge. I came in around noon on a Friday and they were busy so I would recommend making an appointment! At first, I was with Tracy and she was super kind and then I was moved to another lady but I did not get her name. She did a great job. I requested a full set, pink and white ombré with a short coffin and it only came out to $60 (before the tip). She did a great job and I highly recommend

Leslie is an amazing nail tech!! She took the time to make sure I liked everything she was doing on my nail set and continued to put my wants first. I am very very pleased with her work and her kindness. She talked the whole time as well and really made me feel like a valued customer! The last time I went in I got a dip manicure done by one of the males there. I told him I have cerebral palsy on my left hand and it’s hard to relax it, and I kept hearing him grunt out of frustration. Not only that, the manicure didn’t even last a full week. My nails started cracking/chipping after 2 days.

Was super excited to try this place as it had multiple recommendations. Made an appointment for 2:15, I sat and waited for 30 mins to have my nails done. The girl who did my nails did them so quickly (literally 15 mins for the entire gel manicure) and unfortunately the lack of effort shows. My nails look grown out and chipped and started peeling after 1 day. I am so disappointed in the service I received here I will not be going back. I let the nail tech know this was for my maternity photos and I needed them to last 1 week and unfortunately they didn't even last 48 hours.
