Kreigman and Smith does not value long time tenants, especially during a pandemic. If you live their longer than 5 years, make sure you get your apartment painted and new carpet, because they won't take care of it otherwise. Then they will take money from your security deposit because an apartment was lived in for years. There are nicer places for the same money.
