If you looking for place please run away from this Realty their management not respond, if you need emergency fix the super will said he will come but never showed up. Those picture took 5 days until they showed up to fixed but it not done job. Ps. Please always there when they come in your apartment because my expensive LV gone the same day they came paint.

Rented from Tulli for 16 years , never asked for anything even though the building was way below code. We were never late with a payment and even paid throughout the pandemic unlike our neighbors. Tulli agreed to keep the security for incidentals. Our superintendent promised to paint before the pandemic as by law is required for them to do at the past 10 years point as a tenant . A refrigerator was not included in.our lease and it was our responsibility to buy one so we did, and even left it there for the future renter. We should be even , and totally square but they sent us a bill when we left

The Worst. You request urgent services and they take weeks to sent a repair team. We had a leak in the bathroom about a month ago, they “fixed it “ and a few days later the shower started malfunctioning. We have requested that they send people to repair it and nothing. Now, as of November 30 there is no hot water in the shower; another service request was submitted and no response. No one ever answers the phone and voicemail box is full. How!?? We pay the rent on time always we should be able to shower in our home

Why don’t you answer the phone? And how is your voicemail box full. Do you not have anyone in your office working who can answer the phone and clear messages. How can a property management company be so unprofessional?!?! What if this was someone with a dire and urgent situation that needed to be resolved ASAP. I understand that companies can be busy but to allow a phone to ring endlessly to the people who pay the rent and bring in revenue is extremely unprofessional.

Not attentive not responsive Mailbox always full, I mean your apartment could be in flames and they wouldn't know til the 4th Tuesday of next month it's ludacris. The late night screaming and yelling that goes at night at 320 Fairmount ave is ridiculous If your planning on moving here get ready for absolutely no sleep and apartment 206 with the consistent yelling and riding scooters in thier apartment. They have yet to turn the heat on in our building. Has been sub 30 degrees outside the past week. No one in the office answers the phone and John who is some type of office director or something and the landlord came said they would try to turn heat on did nothing then just left us without saying what the action plan was

I've seen narcoleptic people in wheelchairs move more quickly than these people. I've had leaks in my ceiling for about a year that hasn't been addressed, screaming neighbors above who yell at the loudest decibles imaginable almost everyday and late into the night and I've complained and even provided a police report but nothing was done, I've had a roach infestation that was bug bombed but they quickly returned and the office refuses to do anything more, oh, and one night a homeless man was singing at the top of his lungs in the basement, where he had been staying for

Location is great we love the walk to the train station, the super is a great person, the apartments have a lot of closets and general floor space.
Things to improve:
Hallways are never periodically cleaned it can be very dusty and dirty and we usually had to clean. Unfortunately we recently had some attic cleaning that covered the whole stair way and it’s been a few days of no clean up.
Snow removal can be improved after a lot of storms the paths aren’t cleared well and then the ice forms and makes it hard to walk
Appliances are old and are worn we have a fridge that doesn’t hold temps

I have live in this property for a while and a year ago it was bought by Tuli... this is the WORST management company ever!!! They raised rent in the middle of Covid. Send illegal and threatening letters about removal of AC units with less than 24 hour notice. I called and explained to them that I need my AC because I suffer from asthma and the heat affects me. I was told by the staff that wasn't their problem. These ppl are so unprofessional and down right rude! Let's not talk about the garbage/ cleaning lady who goes through the garbage. I lived in one of Tuli's Weehawken NJ rentals on Park Ave for 5 years. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was to save money, as their prices are low and do not increase significantly each year.
Pros: Cheap, Great Location, Online Payment Portal
Cons: Rude Customer Service, Low Quality Rentals, Poor Effort to Repair, Insufficient Heating

I hope nobody decides to rent with a management office that is so terrible. The people that work for this management office are so unprofessional and have no proper etiquette when talking to people over the phone, and they always want to start problems with tenants. If a stove needs to be replaced after receiving a note saying that a stove needs to be replaced, then let's not be ignorant, read the note and replace the stove if it has to be replaced with a NEW one. I really enjoy living in Murray Hill apartments. My apartment is roomy, appliances are in great condition, and there is a good amount of closet space. My apartment manager, Mike, is wonderful. He always responds quickly and gets whatever is needed done. It's been a really bad winter, yet Mike was out night and day plowing and shoveling the parking lots and sidewalks. He is the best and deserves a paid vacation to some place warm and sunny!

Worst mgmt and landlord out there, unprofessional, rude staff, and overall a company that just cares collecting illegal imposed fines and rent. They don't care about you as a tenant or your wellbeing once you signed that lease! Here how they treat tenants:

1. They send notices to tenants demanding them to comply, if not fines will be charged to our accounts, giving us only 24 hours to comply. Check with your local city rent office, notices they send are illegal or unethical. And goes against leases.

2. They ignore maintenance requests.

Tuli Realty and manager John are not only Notable New Jersey Slumlords but a dangerous company. Our kitchen roof started leaking water over a year and a half ago, After emailing John and Tuli Realty multiple times and getting no response. We decided to move out this month, we gave them 30 days notice, and after that we emptied and cleaned the apartment. John and Tuli Realty, repeatedly tried to keep our deposit. When we asked for it back, they gave us the runaround. #TuliRealty then tried to extort another $1800 extra on top of the $3500 that They have not returned. We have notified New Jersey

Unfortunately, this real estate agency is not one of the better ones. After having to leave my lease a little early, I found a replacement tenant that was denied based off of reasons the new tenant confirmed were false. After offering a second replacement tenant I was told no one would be allowed to move into my apartment due to COVID-19 outbreak, but I will lose my security deposit because I had to leave my apartment and could rerent the unit.

Quick scheme to get your application fee. Once they get it, you are discarded and they don't even help to find more suitable apartments for you even though you're already in their system.

I did a viewing with a representative who seemed nice but made a whole thing about me coming early prior to yet she was 15 mins late but that was ok. Seemed she really wanted me to get the apartment and said I was qualified in every way and how they give priority to whoever applies first who meets said requirements. I allegedly was the first. I applied and a couple days later was given a rejection letter

After 7 years I've moved across country for family reasons. These apartments have pros and cons just like everywhere else. I lived here for 7 years and I'm still alive. Like most of the older city dwellings these buildings are infested with various insects, it all comes down to keeping up with exterminating and they try the best they can. Anyway, I would like to thank Tulie for the prompt return of my entire SecurityDeposit, it was a pleasant surprise in the mail today.

If I could give no stars to this management company I would. I lived in one of their buildings for 5 years until I finished schooling and it was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The management could not care less about anything other than rent money. This is unfortunate because the apartments are affordable, but now I know why.

This is by far the worst management company there is out there. They do not respect appointments, will keep you waiting all day, and they will not make the appropriate repairs, so the problems will keep coming back and they do not communicate with the tenants. The building is often dirty, and disgusting. Please do your self a favor and ask the name of the management company before moving into a property, do your research. because Tuli is the WORST possible kind of management.

Been living in their Newark 80 2nd ave building for about 10/11 months so far & I haven't seen any of the constant complaints that everyone has mentioned. I'm in a studio & the heat from the radiator has been so great that I actually had to shut the radiator off in the main living room & just keep the bathroom one on. I've requested a couple of things (can't recall exactly what) but all my requests have been fixed or addressed. My super has been great & always helps out. Only "complaint" I would give is yes about the water issue. But I've only
