My 75 year old sister with hearing aids was looking around. She heard someone say "Can I help you?" As she turned, a tall man says in a very loud voice "It is customary when someone is talking to you to answer— I asked if I could help you four times. and you were very rude not to respond!!”
She was aghast and explained she didn’t hear him. She said she’s never been spoken to like this. She was a teacher in the area for decades. She was planning to shop there, but now will go elsewhere and will tell her friends to do the same. Shame on you.
