Had flowers delivered for my wife for anniversary. Worst experience ever. Ordered yellow got white . Ordered a dozen got 8 roses , who orders and delivers 8 roses . Not only was the order wrong be the flowers look dead after 2 days . I would never use the florist again and advise people not to use .

Walked in here the day my daughter was born. Wanted to get my wife flowers for doing such an amazing job... everyone in here was really nice and polite. She gave me some recommendations. I ended up picking this beautiful wooden watering can base with a gorgeous assortment of flowers. I walked into the hospital and had to stop 20 times to tell all the staff where I got it from. About to take newborn photos and the flowers will be in every photo. By far the nicest most unique vase I’ve ever seen. I’ll try to post a picture!

Son ordered flower sent to my house on Dec 30. He got an email saying they would be there and a time. No flowers ever came! On Jan 4th the florists called to see if I ever got the flowers. Told them no and insisted they refund him and send him and email. They agreed. How could they promise a delivery and then have to call me 5 days later to see if they had ever delivered? If they could do it during the busy holidays they should have just been honest with him. I should be getting free flowers for their big mistake!

I live in Toronto Canada. I called to order flowers for my sister's birthday. The arrangement that she received was absolutely stunning!!! I chose an arrangement from the website but asked for a different vase than the clear glass one that was pictured. The ceramic vase that they included was beautiful and the artistic arrangement of the flowers was incredible!! Very different from the one I referenced from the website. Will definitely order from Anna's in the future.

Wanted to send flowers for thanksgiving, but host is allergic to many flowers. I told this to the person who was helping me and she said no problem they will send a bouquet of fruits and vegetables. I told her how much I wanted to spend, gave her my credit card information and the delivery address and that was it. Wow! The host and I were so happy to see the bouquet that was delivered!!! Perfect for Thanksgiving! Reasonable, beautiful and great customer service!

I had an amazing experience at Anna's Florist. They helped me with my flowers for my wedding this July. When I went to order my flowers I was so indecisive, but Mariana really to the time to help me figure out my vision. Not only that she helped me get everything I wanted and kept it within my they budget. When I received the flowers they were better then what I had pictured they would be.

I called on a Sunday at 10:30am to order a bouquet to be picked up at 1:30pm. I simply gave the colors I wanted and a dollar amount, and the bouquet that I received was one of the best ones I’ve purchased from any florist in the area. I’ve purchased flowers for double the price at other local florists that didn’t come close to comparing to what Anna’s put together for me. They will definitely be getting all of my business moving forward.
