Idk about all locations but I know one that's just trash no one ever answers and they don't close till 3 - 3:³⁰ getting the work orders done in a timely manner does not seem to be a thing I had shorts in three of my main lights for the rooms and first it was let's get a new fixture then it was oh it's the switch then it was oh you need new light bulbs no it was a severe wiring short down in the basement which could have led to an electrical fire a basement I have never had access to and when we call with concerns it oh maybe you should just move out if your not happy just leave almost 10 years
