Services
Our experienced team brings a wide variety of knowledge to our clients' current and future investments. Focusing on value-add capital, we manage projects from start to finish with the goals of income generation and physical preservation. Corridor works closely with vendors in the bidding process, outlining insurance requirements and verifying coverage to protect our clients' assets and all extended parties.
Corridor prides itself on its established, professional accounting services, including investor-grade and in-depth monthly operation reports. Our full package is delivered reliably on the 15th of each month and details all financial and operational performance metrics to help our clients better understand their business operations.
Front line staff is the most important component of our clients' success. Corridor handles all of its clients' human resource needs, including recruiting, training, growth and education, payroll and benefit services, performance evaluation, and employment counseling. We put the right people in the right place with the right support.
Apartment communities require dedicated attention to several key maintenance areas. Without proper management, a community can quickly become overwhelmed with deferred maintenance items such as interior repairs, common area upkeep, mechanical system maintenance, and landscaping. These items can significantly affect resident retention and leasing curb appeal.
Corridor specializes in stabilizing and turning around under-performing multifamily and student housing properties. We work hand-in-hand with the owner to develop the strategy to first stabilize the property and then turn it around. Corridor then executes that strategy and provides a weekly scoreboard of metrics and a monthly operating report so the owner can monitor progress.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Stay clear away from this company. If you live at any properties they manage, beware of their unethical behavior. They will try to charge you rent for an apartment that they won't permit you to live in. Makes no sense but they try to get away with this behavior. Why they stay in business is the million dollar question.

This company rented an apartment to an international Uconn graduate student with a lease starting Aug 1. The monthly rent is $1800.00 per month. The tenant was not permitted to occupy the apartment until August 20, because there was another tenant living in the apartment until August 18. Instead of pro-rating the rent for the month of August to reflect the period of time the international student had use of the apartment, Corridor demanded that the international student pay rent for the entire month of August.
First of all, the lease start date should reflect the date the international student
