Upon our friendly greeting, our staff will update any necessary personal information, including insurances, before we begin the exam process. If you would like to pre-select your frames before you are started on your exam, we encourage you to show up twenty minutes before your appointment time.
The exam process begins with the "preliminary testing" where our skilled optometric assistant uncovers the reasons why you are examining your eyes that day.Certain health questions are also asked by the assistant in order for the doctor to best recommend the treatment options. Certain preliminary tests are performed before the doctor examines your eyes.

Our friendly breakage and return policy is here for you if you run into problems with your eyewear purchase. If frames are broken or unrepairable as a result of a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the frames with no charge. However, if frames are broken as a result of wear and tear, the patient will pay for half the price of a new frame and half the price of the new lenses if applicable.

All of the staff is extremely kind and caring. They seem to genuinely care about their patients and actually listen. Additionally, they explain everything to you and don’t just gloss over your results. I have never had such a positive experience. I hope to be going to this dr for many many years to come!

Never going here again!! I had to cancel my appointment with them due to I had an important meeting to go to, then they tell me just pay $10 dollars fee for cancelling , then I can make an appointment , my worker helped pay my 10 dollars then she made my appointment then after that day of my appointment which is today December 14th 2021 , telling my worker at last minute they had to cancel my appointment cause now I'm considered a new patient and they don't take new patients I've been going to them for years! This is mistreating and AGAINST the HUD law !! People stay clear of this eye doctor!!
