I am so glad I heard about David Sones and his home refinance expertise through a good friend of mine. David is the best! He is a hard worker, very knowledgeable in the business, and mostly very professional! We did a couple of business with him. We met him for the first time when we refinance our home, then again when we sold our home. Both times, David was exceptional! He is very knowledgeable with anything that has to do with your home and the market! Valerie is amazing as well! David goes above and beyond what an agent does for his client! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a broker/agent.

David & Valerie are the best! They work very hard for their Clients. Very knowledgeable, great Work Ethic, integrity, a quality that is difficult to find, very rare, and outstanding! David went above and beyond for us. When the septic guy came to do the inspection David was there for us to make sure that it all went good for the house we were buying. He helped us to refinance our duplex and then to purchase the new house. He knows his contracts and is very good and answering questions and helping you understand the whole process. Highly recommend them!
