The Gallmann Group is comprised of Suzanne Gallmann, Robert Gallmann, Gretchen Gallmann Spacek, Jill Wurst, Tina Manfredi, Josh Schmidt, and support staff. Our team has over 100 years of combined experience in real estate in the Cleveland area. Suzanne was THE most impressive realtor I have spoken with in the Cleveland and surrounding area. Rodney Simon is a second-generation home builder with over 25 years of experience. Rodney's Father, Larry, immigrated to this country and quickly became a painting contractor for many of the fine homes and apartment complexes throughout Northeast Ohio. Larry then transitioned into becoming strictly a custom home builder.

In today’s market we considered less expensive options. But after speaking with the Gallman Group we quickly realized how important experience means to your sale. They were extremely responsive (do they have a life?).
They were very professional and worked for US. They did a great job with pictures and all marketing. Sold the weekend we put the house on the market. What more could anyone ask for? Just tells you that they are the best!!

Amazing real estate experience. Suzanne did a tremendous job finding us our dream home in a crazy market. Had a wonderful home buying experience with Jill and Cheryl. Jill was professional, attentive, and helped really educate me as a first time home buyer. She worked to understand my needs in searching for a home, resolve any issues that came up during the home purchase process quickly, and made the process much less stressful than I expected it would be.
