Patient Evaluation is a one-time free monthly service offered by Prime Home Care to have one of our team nurses visit you in order to make our patient's home health experience more convenient. This assistance is not limited to their insurance companies. This free service is tremendously beneficial to our patients who have question or concerns.
Welcome Home Program - We offer both 4 and 6 hours programs to help take the stress off of getting settled after a hospital visit. Parkinson Patients - The degenerative effect of Parkinson's Disease are truly overwhelming. Specially trained caregivers can assist Parkinson patients to make it easier for them to deal with daily living activities.
Fingerprint services, We provide live scan fingerprint for Level II Background check for any Profession requires clearance. Our services range from Nursing students, Health Care workers, such as Home Health Aids, Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practitional Nurses; Business Professionals to Real Estate Agents and many more.
