As part of NYS Education Department's "Back to School Week", Commissioner Dr. John B. King visited an early learning program for the first time and chose Club Fed Child Care Center.

Services
Club Fed Child Care Center, operated by Victory Child Care, Inc. was established in 1989 and is located in the Leo W. O'Brien Federal Building, downtown Albany at 11A Clinton Avenue. Club Fed is open daily from 7:30 to 5:30. We understand that we serve working families, so we rarely close for poor weather.

Victory Child Care, Inc. offers early educational learning environments for young children and their families.
When we first found out my baby's daycare was closing, after being open for over 30 years, I was crushed. She'd been there only a year, since I returned to work when she was six months old. It wasn't an ideal situation, but the center was in my building and allowed me to take my daughter out during my lunch hour and check in with her throughout the day.

Victory Child Care, Inc. had a partnership with the Guilderland Central School District where we provide programs for pre-schoolers (children who are 3 years-old) and pre-kindergarteners (children who are 4 years-old) at three locations - Pine Bush Elementary School, Farnsworth Middle School, and Altamont Elementary School.

Victory child care is the best child care agency I have experienced. Victory the owner is so pleasant, realistic and supportive of her children parents & her selection of staff and teachers are amazing. Thank you victory childcare for being there for me and my family. I can not speak more highly of a child care center. The excellence shown throughout the entire center comes from the leadership down — I leave my son everyday knowing that he is loved, nurtured, taught, and safe with the staff at Victory Child Care. There is nothing more a parent can ask for than that and the value of that is immeasurable. Thank you for not only meeting my expectations the past 6 months but absolutely exceeding them. We love Victory Childcare and believe it is the best center in the Capital Region. We switch daycares when our youngest was four and they completely prepared her for kindergarten. In the classroom they were doing things our daughter was in her kindergarten class. She also has a peanut allergy and it was the first time that we felt safe leaving our daughter. They took it very seriously and had all the proper training and procedures to ensure her well being. I would absolutely recommend Victory Childcare to anyone.

We love this daycare. The staff are long standing and wonderful. Our son has always loved his teachers and is excited to go each day. They are great partners for parents and keep the children safe, content, and learning new things at all age levels (our son started at 7 months). Knowing that he is at Club Fed gives me the peace of mind I need to be able to focus at work during the day.

Looked into bringing my 3 year old son here so I could go back to work. Once I saw the other one star reviews here, though, I had to investigate. Everything seemed okay when I took my tour, but I called the classroom I visited after looking at Ashley Greene's review and the the teacher I spoke with agreed with everything. She said she had seen many people bullied by Victory, including parents. I can't believe someone would treat their employees and their clients in that way!
