Both suites open directly to the pool and spa area enclosed within the screened-in lanai and the surrounding gardens. From the large great room with its vaulted ceilings and plant shelves to the spacious fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal dining area, the villa is luxurious yet relaxed.
Besides the two master suites the beautiful guest room offers that comfortable Floridian feeling and the second guest's room (fun room) is the kid's favorite. With four bedrooms and a den the home has plenty of room so you can find some personal quiet space when you need a moment alone. The Home Theatre / Den (also able to become a bedroom) is a wonderful place to read a book or just relax away from the group.

The secure adjacent community pool is heated and there are plenty of lounges for all the guests. There are outside showers and a bathroom as well. Daily there are pool events and even yoga. Welcoming people greet you most days with special events such as cookouts, special drinks etc. It's also a nice place to relax and just read a book.
TOTAL PRIVACY: Our main home is in NY. There we live on 9 pristine acres surrounded by a 40 acre preserve, and have no neighboring homes at all. We are used to having total serenity and privacy. In Florida and in Naples in particular homes are built in communities right next to each other. It's nice but we are used to total privacy.
TOTAL PRIVACY: We spent over $50,000 making sure our lanai, pool and gardens are totally private. First we had 8 foot fences erected, and then a sound barrier (so we can never hear neighbors) and then we had two rows of 20 foot tall dense areca palms installed. All this on both sides of the villa. To the back we are on a preserve so absolutely no neighbors.
This is an extremely luxurious room. Our professional decorator incorporated nearly all of our desires into this great space.

The cabinetry was custom made, and it is set at a custom height. The room has custom lighting, and an incredibly beautiful granite called TajMahal adorns to counter tops.
