As absentee owners, Kaelyn and Vince are great to work with as managers of our property. They pay attention to little details that help keep the house in the best condition possible. They have been extremely helpful in suggesting additions to the property to increase its rental appeal. We feel as though our home is in great hands with them.

We are very happy with their management services. They have taken care of everything and really go above and beyond. They helped us from start to finish. They helped us pick the best vacation rental, helped us pick furniture and design it beautifully. We didn’t have to do anything and they send us a check every month. I’ve had Oceanside managing my properties for 5 years. They’ve done a great job and exceeded my expectations. They literally take care of everything, I just get a check in the mail every month. We are very happy with Oceanside Rental! Kaelyn and Vince do a great job of soliciting rentals via social media and are very responsive to issues that crop up with our rental house. In my opinion their quick response to renter requests has made a big difference in the positive reviews we get! They are also conscious of budget and costs when getting things fixed or installed.

We have tried various rental companies over the years but Oceanside surpassed them all with their outstanding customer service. Not to mention, the rental house was extremely clean and check-in/check-out was made very user friendly. Also, enjoyed the nice welcome package they left for us with startup supplies, so we didn't have to run straight to the store upon arrival.
