If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst company to work with. They’re nice in the beginning but will screw you over each time just to get your money. I’ve had multiple problems throughout my rental and they were not attentive at all. I even had MOLD in the condo but they said all was good once until it grew out of control and ruined all of my shoes. When it came time to move out and get my security deposit, it got so much worse. My realtor said all was good and we were getting our money back but once Monica Simon was trying to sell the condo, she said we had a list of cleaning

Thanks to Nancy, and the South Bay team they were able to find my family a place to stay this summer. Upon arrival the condo was in tip-top shape and equip with everything we had asked for. Working with other agencies there was a lot of back and forth but with South Bay the rental process was quick and easy. I highly recommend coming to South Bay when looking to rent in SW Florida.

These guys are AWFUL. We've rented homes all over the country for the past 16 years and have never had any issues worth mentioning till South Bay.
Their "handyman" (Rich Dahn) is a JOKE.
Very forgetful, poor work ethic, poor decision making, and frequent lies. Lesley Garlock isn't any better. Give her an inch and she'll take a mile every time. They were extremely difficult to work with through our entire experience in our year at 3129 Terramar Drive in Naples (that house has SO many issues - fair warning to anyone considering renting)...

My wife and I were introduced to Vivian Ferreira at South Bay Realty by close friends that worked with her to purchase a home in Naples. When we initially called Vivian we spent a good amount of time speaking with her to identify the properties that would best meet our needs. Vivian then put together a select list of properties for us to review along with some additional information about Naples. I have worked in real estate at Vanderbilt Beach for 13 years, and at South Bay for most of that time. I love being in this beach front environment. We get visitors from all over the US and also from Europe and Latin America. Many fall in love with our climate, the relaxed and friendly qualities of our people, the upscale shopping and dining, and they want to explore owning in this area.
