This loan is fully amortized over a 15-year period and features constant monthly payments. It offers all the advantages of the 30-year loan, plus a lower interest rate and you'll own your home twice as fast. The disadvantage is that, with a 15-year loan, you commit to a higher monthly payment. This is the third time we've worked with Ryan - once when we bought our house and then two refinances. He got us a good interest rate every time. He is an absolute pleasure to work with - a really nice guy. He's super professional and responds to voicemails, emails and text messages right away, even after hours when he's home with his family. { was so lucky to get to work with Ryan for several reasons. I needed him to get my loan approved as soon as possible and he worked hard and fast, including bringing several packets of documents to me directly when I was unable to process them online, due to my challenges with technology. Ryan was very professional with excellent communication throughout the refinance process. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient the loan proceeded from starting the inquiry and signing closing documents this week. The process took less than one month. We were able to lock in an excellent rate which saved us money on our previous mortgage and also pay off other bills, a definite win win situation.
