Cherlyn (Cheri) Ludwig Was extremely rude to my fiancé when we were inquiring about renting an apartment. Via email, she responded in an inappropriate manner and made assumptions in regards to the age of my fiancé not to mention called over and over Almost considerably harassment. She continued to be rude in a pompous fashion . Quite frankly violated the fair housing act! Everybody needs to feed their family but I do believe with my heart that she needs to lose her job! I understand that people have bad days but it is unprofessional to take it out on potential clients, potential guests or whatever

I worked with Cheri at Complete Management Services to find new tenants for my town home starting the middle of March, 2020. However, my existing tenants extended their stay twice by two months until the end of June because they did not want to move in the middle of a pandemic. Cheri's professionalism, effective marketing and communication resulted in finding well qualified tenants very timely.
