Every time I log into my account to request maintenance, the request gets deleted and/or cancelled. They are happy to fine people but they will not provide any service that cost money. Our driveways were supposed to be sealed but that hasn't been done. We were supposed to get gutter guards several years ago because they will not clean the gutters when needed, but that has not been done. My yard is horrible. They will not trim trees or bushes and they try to make the homeowners pay to have trees and bushes removed so they do not have to trim them. Siding is falling off townhomes and tree branches

I bought a condo next to kare 11 in the before time and the assn dues were affordable when I closed. Not even 6 months in one of the buildings had significant damage due to water main failure and overnight our HOA dues doubled. Gassen mgmt was well aware of the issue; but did nothing to prevent the failure. After that I was off like a prom dress. Greed killz; next Oprah.

The worst management company EVER! I pay $260.00 a month for what?! They didn't fix any of the problems that I had this summer including lights, yard, driveway & now they couldn't even plow my driveway properly....they just drove through it & messed it up pretending that they plowed. Complete lack of communication & customer service by them & lack of respect for our money. I really don't know what I'm paying for.....they don't fix anything that they're supposed to & keep raising the dues. Don't ever contract with them & if you work

The WORST management company, they are the company our town home association uses and they are horrible! They don't respond to requests for maintenance fixes, people need to get together against this management company and fight to get some of our money back. They don't fix things they should and keep raising the rates. The managers of the company are not in it for the homeowners and do everything they can to avoid fixing problems on the town homes. Look at all the horrible reviews on here about them! They need to be kicked to the curb!

Stay away there are a bunch of other management companies that are better and cheaper.
This place does not do much and acts like they are doing you a favor for the services you purchase. the grounds crews they hire do a poor job such as they drive so fast with the riding lawnmowers that your grass is unevenly cut, they don't get back to you on maintenance requests in timely manners, IF the plow they don't sand or salt so you still slide all over the complex roads. They tow some vehicles without warnings yet when you call for strange vehicles or other vehicles in violation of the contract

I've partnered with Gassen for 5+ years now and it has been a very professional and pleasant experience. They are knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with. Their service offerings are extensive, and most importantly they make their clients' lives MUCH easier. I would highly recommend Gassen to anyone in the market for a property manager. Have worked with them as both a board member and homeowner and if and when I have my choice, we will find a different management co. Their communication with and consideration for the homeowner is severely lacking. Complaints are ignored by management - Kirk Gassen and Terry Maass and we are left with a very unresponsive and less than detail oriented account rep, James Williams. I do not recommend this company

Unfortunately, Gassen is the management company our homeowners association hired. My experience has been horrible! I am all about small businesses and prefer to support them as often as I can. Having been in the property management industry in the past, I understand how things work. I get the fact that when there is something that is more major that needs to be repaired, it may not happen fast but to not even be acknowledged is the worst!

I rarely contact this company for anything. The new management we have Christine is worse than the previous person. At least he is responsible for the email and phone call. Who knows how much they got paid for yet exactly as other reviewers said they do so minimum no client service at all. Anyone knows about any good property managements, please contact me so I can have board review the options. Thanks

Our small condominium (20 units) financial management account was sold to Gassen about a year ago. I suggest you look for a different company. As the president of the Association, I never knew who to talk to and many of the promises of action never happened. For example, I am currently completing a worker comp insurance audit that they should have completed but never quite got it right.
