I lived at a Core Living property in Minneapolis from March 2019-July 2020 and had a great experience. Maintenance is extremely responsive, the property manager is always on site and available, property is maintained well and community events are so fun! Highly recommend living at a Core Living community!

I was a resident at one of the CoreLiving properties. The quality of the community and team were unparalleled! The community was safe, well maintained, comfortable, well lit, well constructed and felt like home! The on site team was incredibly professional and personable. I had not lived in an apartment for over 20 years. The commitment the company and team offered to the residents there was clearly superior. Their main focus were the needs of the residents and keeping everyone safe during these unprecedented times.

I have lived at a Core Living property for almost 3 years now and have nothing but great things to say about the company. There are a plethora of great apartment buildings in the Minneapolis area but what really set Spectrum Apartments apart for me is the people that run the place. There have been wonderful property managers, leasing consultants, and maintenance technicians that know residents by name and truly care for each and every person that lives there. I would recommend Core Living properties to anybody that is apartment shopping.

I have a few friends that live here and I always love visiting them. The apartments are well put together, spacious, and very nice. The staff is also amazing. They are friendly and are willing to help you in any way that they can. I can’t wait to move here when my current lease is up!

I love living with Core Living. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are amazing! The floor plan of my apartment is great, and perfect for me, my husband and two cats. I am absolutely in love with the kitchen space in my apartment.
The staff in my building are also really friendly and helpful. It is easy to get in contact with them, and if they miss my call, they call back almost immediately. Every time I need something or have a question, they act fast to find a solution for me. I love the monthly news letter, and that the property manager does so much to keep the residents up to date

I have worked for Core Living for a year now. Communication is key and we excel at this. All departments and levels working as a team!! So awesome! Everyday is different and it changes by the minute. I would recommend anyone to check out Eagle Crest Apartments! Not only are the apartments spacious and have lots of kitchen storage but they have wonderful floor plans. That is what drew me into renting at Eagle Crest. Little did I know that they had wonderful staff as well, they have helped us out so much when things got tough and are very reliable!
