We are a State Licensed Family Home Daycare, located in Chantilly, Virginia with 20+ years experience caring for children newborn to school age. We are CPR, First Aid and also MAT certified. My name is Ms. Lidia. I am the mother of 3 beautiful Ladies; and a proud Grandmother of 3 gorgeous grand babies!
I started this business in my home over 2 decades ago with the desire to stay home with my children and be my own boss. Although my girls are all grown up, my passion for kids is what makes me love waking up every single day and opening up my home to families! My Family Childcare goals are to provide a safe and fun environment for children to learn and grow in and to have good communication with their parents.

Lidia's Family Childcare is unique in the fact that our process starts out with a one-on-one session where you are able to preview our facility and ask any questions or express concerns before committing to joining our home daycare. We were very pleased with Lidia's Family Childcare. Miss Lidia really enjoys what she does, and made sure that both my husband, and I, as well as our son felt comfortable. Miss Lidia has a monthly schedule of activities, helped with potty training and overall provided a warm maternal presence, which made us feel at ease. Her daughter also provided one week of swim lessons over the summer which really got our son to feel more comfortable with the water, especially when doing it with the friends he made at daycare.

In the year that my two year old son spent at Lidia’s Family Childcare, he learnt so much (both educational and emotional development) and was even speaking some Spanish. Ms.Lidia was like another mother to him and he was always excited to go back to play with Mr. Jose and all of the friends that he made. This daycare is great!
