Mrs. Frances has lived at 12802 Pinecrest Road in Fox Mill Estates with her husband since 1992. She opened Frances's Friendly Childcare that same year and has been caring for children ever since, giving her more than 26 years of experience and having raised over 125 children, some of which are university graduates now.
